Is there way to take a print sceen?

Hi all,

I was trying to take a pic of one of my toons (to show one of my buddies who dont play wow.) I get a message imaged captured but when I try to paste it in an email, I don't get the option to paste. How do u do this then? Thanks.|||go into your wow folder and look for the screenshots folder.

You can either print that or host it on imageshack or something.
