I've cocked up

Omg, I cant belive it, ive spent talents in the wrong place, even though i took the time to be careful i still managed to screw it up!!

Is there any way you can undo talents? or just one? I found this perfect build and now im buggered, this is my first char and its lvl 30, now the 4 weeks ive spent have been waisted

Also, i use daggers all the time, but some people use swords, fists etc, if i learne them, or train them will it take up room or points or somthing? what is the downside or training new weapons?

Is using fists good for a rogue?

I want a nice build for PVE so i can level, I dont get this combo thing totally i usually just press the ones which are ready, i panic too much =(

Also is lewather working and skinning a good thing to have? my skinning is 240 now and leatherworking is 150ish, how do i make money though?

thanks so much|||So go get a talent reset from your class trainer.

Rogues have many builds, read here: http://www.wowwiki.com/Rogue_builds

Daggers are good, so are swords. It depends on your personal preference and build.

At this point you're going to make money by selliing leather you get from skinning. You might make armor kits too.

Most builds out there are for level 80 Rogues, you might want to google Rogue leveling builds.|||There is only one deal breaking insurmountable mistake in this game, and that is quite simply rolling the absolute WRONG class for you. That is the only thing that will require a full reroll. Other than that, every evil can be fixed.|||so should i train swords, or stick with daggers? Can I untrain leather working/skinning, im guessing not.

thanks for help guys, again. I found a leveling build, then when im 80 (lol) i;; reset and use a template that suits my style (lurking and waiting i expect)

Also, would it be wise to train an ALT as a mule for enchanting/JC? or is inscription best for mage?

Whats the best char to creat that will succeed in enchanting, and what other sub skills should you use with it?

thanks =)|||Choice of character for succeeding in a profession isn't a concern. A Mage will be a great Enchanter just as well as being a great Engineer or Leatherworker and so forth.

Why don't you read up on Rogues first, then decide.|||ok thanks, yeah i should read up more.|||Quote:

1. Idk. I don't play rogues.

2. You can. The question is, do you really want to? Once you unlearn a profession, it's gone and you're back to zero. Any work you've done so far has been for nothing.

3. Doesn't matter really. My DK is my enchanter/inscriptionist....supported by my maxed herbalist main. It was strictly a financial/other character support decision. (Inscription takes a lot of herbs to get up, and well, enchanting is most certainly not the cheapest route for a profession.)|||Quote:

Train all the weapons you can get, and always use the one with the highest dps. As a rogue, alot of your damage comes from normal atacks, and you want weapons that deal as much hurt as possible.

If you use swords or axes, use a combat build.

If you use daggers or fist weapons, use a mutilate build.

( I am no expert either, that is pretty much all i know ^^ Read some rogue guides for further information :) )

Edit : Nobody has mentioned this so far : You can preview your talents, it is a option in the wow menue. If you enable it, you can distribute all your skill points, take some away again and redistibute, and only accept once at the end. Helps alot :)|||Quote:

I thought mutilate was a pure dagger build (as mutilate requires a dagger in each hand).|||Yeah, MUt= daggers.
