Blood Elf location.

Firstly, hello all

Secondly, I got my Blood Elf up to mid 20's now, but I absoloutely hate the Blood Elf place. Where should I go?|||Well aside from questing in Ghostlands, you can use the Orb of Translocation and move to Undercity then hop the Zeppelin to Orgrimmar and head for the southern barrens and thousand needles areas.|||The best options in the mid 20s are Tarren Mill (undead) and Southern Barrens (mostly Tauren).

Other options are Thousand Needles (mostly Tauren), Ashenvale (Mostly Orc and Troll), and Stonetalon Mountains (mostly Tauren). However, most of those zones either won't haven enough quests to move you to the next set of zones, or they will contain leveling "gaps" where you'll do some quests, and then find the rest are orange or red. It's not a huge deal, but it means you'll probably end up jumping between zones a fair bit to find quests that are a comfortable difficulty.|||You'll probably reach about 21+ in Ghostlands... So, 21-25 = Tarren Mill mixed with Southern Barrens as Cattleya said. Ashenvale is more fit for 25-30, and Thousand Needles goes anywhere from 20-29, sometimes jumping quickly.|||Quote:

Ashenvale is actually much like Thousand Needles, there are several quests for the high teens to low 20s, but not enough to get you to the rest of the quests in the zone which are for the high 20s. Honestly, Southern Barrens is the only zone I know of that actually has a smooth leveling flow for the 20s. (Tarren Mill is a close second, but it starts doing the level skip thing once you get into the low 30s, as I remember.)

The main problem with the Barrens is that you really have to be familiar with the quests to not end up wasting huge amounts of time running back and forth. If you know which groups to quest, it's actually a reasonably efficient zone for 10-30. If you don't know which quests to group, the sheer size of the zone quickly works against you from an efficiency standpoint.|||also, don't forget the LFG tool - you can level up really quickly in instances, or even pvp. If you decide to try the pvp method, it's probably best to wait until you're level x8 or so, to avoid getting instagibbed.
