Gear Questions

[:1]I'm kind of confused about some gear terms. What do these terms mean?

1. What is the difference between pvp and pve gear? Also, for pvp gear, what is feral pvp gear?

2. What is ilvl gear? I heard a video talk about ilvl 25-man gear. I imagine the 25-man is for a 25 man raid, but what is the ilvl mean.

3. What is 333/346 gear?

Please help, and if you do, thanks!|||1. the main difference between pvp and pve is that pvp gear has resilience on it. This is only useful for pvp and reduces damage from players. I also get the impression that health is higher on pvp gear as well.

2. ilvl stands for item level and the higher the item level, the better it is (in terms of stats and bonuses). You may have heard the term used during WotLK, when 10 man ICC raids dropped ilvl 251 and 25 man raids dropped ilvl 264. For Cataclysm, the 25 man raids drop more loot (items), but the ilvl is the same.

3. 333/346 refers to the ilvl - see 2 :-)
