can i make a new account without buying more expansions?

I have quit for awhile and would like to play again but i want to start from scratch. I have both expansions but is it possible for me to make a new account without having to buy two additional expansions? Any help would be great. Thanks!|||yes it is, you're limited to the level 1-60 content and you can't make a draenai or blood elf, but other than that, yes|||Why not just start a new toon on your current account and save yourself the cash?

If you've been out for more than 90 days you can do a scroll of resurrection.|||Yeah, start on a new server if you have to.

I would however do this:

- Make new char on old server

- Mail it some cash and a couple of big bags (at least the bags)

- Transfer it to a new server

Why would you want to start a new account? That's a supreme waste of money, and totally pointless. If you want to start again, just reroll a new character, on a new server on your old account. This = fresh start + money saved.

Every account requires the purchase of its own vanilla/expansion packs. We have three fully upgraded wow accounts in my household. This means, sitting on the shelf next to me:

3 copies of Vanilla Wow

3 copies of The Burning Crusade

3 copies of Wrath of the Lich King.|||Yes, if you want to make a new account, even if you just want one account with only vanilla WoW, you will need to buy a whole new CD key for it.
