sending heirlooms + money cross faction on same server

[:1]Is this possible? I have plenty of heirloom items on my horde but want to use them on my alliance druid on another server. If I pay the $25 to get the horde xfered to the alliance server can I send the items + gold to my alliance or will I also have to change faction for this to work?|||As far as I know, you can mail heirlooms to another faction on the same server. However, you can't mail the gold. You would need someone else to help you transfer it through the neutral auction house.
