How do i change realms

How do i change realms my server get locked out and sometime it hard to log in any ideas?|||In your list to select characters there should be a button. It might say "back" or change realmlist or something.|||When i want to chang server or a realmlist i have to start over then,|||Yep, you'll be starting over. No way to migrate toons from one server to another without paying for it. If you want to do that and pay Blizzard, you need to go to the account management page on the official site.

IMO, not worth it for low level toons.|||You can pay for a server migration. As Gorny said, the option is in your account management page. You have to pay a separate fee for each character you want to move.

Occasionally you may see deals where your server is overcrowded and Blizzard will offer a free server transfer, but (a) it's to a server of Blizzard's choice, not yours and (b) you can't count on them offering a free server transfer. Last time I saw a free server transfer offer for my server was about three years ago.

Unless you have high level characters and/or items such as heirlooms that you really want to keep, I'd just reroll on a different server.|||Quote:

Actually, they had several free transfers up for US realms just a couple of weeks ago. I don't know if they are still available, though.

If you do transfer, make sure you do a bit of research first. Some of the realms offered up for you to transfer to can be in pretty bad shape. It's especially important for PvP server transfers to make sure you know what sort of faction balance situation you will be getting yourself into.|||True, but my server wasn't on the list.
